Aqua Fitness
It has long been known that working out in the water is a great way to exercise. Why not add some aquatic based training to your fitness routine? At School of Fish we offer several different group fitness classes for people of all ages and fitness abilities. Come on in and join the fun, get a great workout while you’re at it!
Current Schedule for Water Fitness
• Deep Water Class – M, W, F – 9:30AM -10:30AM
• Arthritis – Active Senior – Monday and Friday 11:00AM – 12:00PM
There will be NO FITNESS CLASSES from Wednesday August 24th through Monday September 12. Classes will resume on Wednesday September 14th.
