Aqua Fitness

WaterAeroChickIt has long been known that working out in the water is a great way to exercise. Why not add some aquatic based training to your fitness routine? At School of Fish we offer several different group fitness classes for people of all ages and fitness abilities. Where else can you do the Zumba during the middle of January in an 85 degree pool on Long Island? Come on in and join the fun, get a great workout while you’re at it!

• Arthritis – Active Senior – Monday and Friday 11:00AM – 12:00PM
