Join our Deep Water class, designed for all fitness levels! Whether you're a beginner or more experienced, you'll be supported by a buoyancy device that helps keep your upper body and head above water. Enjoy a one-hour workout tailored to your skill level, where you can choose your intensity.
Deep Water classes are held from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.
Join our Arthritis Active Senior class, designed specifically for those looking to stay active and improve mobility. Most of the class takes place in the shallow end of the swimming pool, ensuring a safe and supportive environment while standing.
The Arthritis - Active Senior classes are held from 11 AM to 12 PM every Monday and Friday. Dive in and feel the benefits of gentle exercise tailored for your needs!
